Unforgettable Day in Northern Patagonia
ITINERARY
Embark on an unforgettable day trip from Bariloche to explore the stunning Manso River Valley, where adventure and luxury meet. Accompanied by a professional guide, enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive along the iconic Route 40, passing by the picturesque Gutiérrez, Mascardi, and Guillelmo lakes before reaching the heart of the Manso River Valley.
Your adventure begins with a visit to the John family farm, home to the region’s early settlers and pioneers. Here, you’ll be greeted with warm coffee and have time to prepare for the thrilling rafting activity with the provided technical gear. Once equipped, a short transfer takes you to the riverbank where you’ll receive a safety briefing from experienced rafting guides.
The rafting experience on the Manso River offers an exciting journey through crystal-clear waters, white-sand beaches, cascading waterfalls, and thrilling rapids. Paddle through narrow canyons and lush vegetation before the adventure concludes at the Argentine-Chilean border. After rafting, take a short walk along a gentle slope for about 500 meters, before returning the gear and saying farewell to your rafting guides.
Then, enjoy a scenic 15-kilometer drive through the mountains to Rio Manso Camp, an exclusive boutique glamping site located right on the riverbank. Upon arrival, relax in the cozy Lounge Tent, where a delicious lunch featuring the finest regional flavors and Patagonian wines awaits. Enjoy your meal while soaking in breathtaking views of the river and surrounding mountains. After lunch, unwind with free time to relax in the forest’s shade or by the river’s edge, fully immersing yourself in the tranquility of Patagonia.
As the day comes to a close, bid farewell to the camp and enjoy a scenic transfer back to your hotel in Bariloche, leaving with unforgettable memories of this exclusive adventure.
