ITINERARY

Day 1
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel between 08:30 and 10:00 AM. Accompanied by one of our expert guides, we embark on a scenic two-hour drive south, passing through picturesque landscapes such as Lake Gutiérrez, Lake Mascardi, and Lake Guillelmo, before reaching the stunning Manso River Valley.
Upon arrival at Rio Manso Camp, you will be warmly welcomed at the Lounge Tent, where our team will provide an introductory talk about the camp and the experiences awaiting you.
At noon, indulge in a delightful lunch featuring the finest regional flavors, accompanied by Patagonian wines. With panoramic views of the Manso River and surrounding mountains, it’s the perfect setting to savor the culinary delights of the region.
After lunch, enjoy a soft hike through the enchanting forests of the Manso River Valley. Your guide will lead you along a gentle trail, sharing insights into the native flora and fauna of the area, allowing you to connect with nature as you walk through this serene environment.
Following the hike, return to the camp and relax with a blend of sweet and savory treats, regional beverages, and herbal infusions. This is the ideal moment to unwind in the outdoor living spaces, with breathtaking views of Cerro Bastión.
As evening falls, we gather around the campfire to enjoy a glass of wine before indulging in a delicious dinner, expertly prepared by our chef and kitchen team, featuring traditional regional dishes.


Day 2
Wake up to the peaceful tranquillity of the countryside. Start your day with a delicious buffet breakfast in the Lounge Tent, offering a variety of fresh breads, fruits, cereals, regional sweets, cold cuts, and herbal teas.
After breakfast, gear up for an exciting rafting adventure on the Manso River. We’ll head to the rafting launch point, where our experienced guides will provide you with safety equipment and a thorough briefing. Then, embark on an unforgettable rafting experience, navigating the river’s exciting rapids, passing white-sand beaches, cascading waterfalls, and lush vegetation.
After the adventure, return to the camp, where a traditional Patagonian barbecue awaits. Enjoy a hearty meal, followed by free time to relax by the river or unwind in the forest hammocks, surrounded by nature.
In the evening, savor an exquisite candlelit dinner in the Lounge Tent. Afterward, the night sky offers a mesmerizing display, with the opportunity to stargaze and marvel at the constellations and moonlight reflecting off the Manso River.

Day 3
On your final day, wake up to the serenity of the countryside. Start with a nutritious breakfast, and then prepare for a gentle horseback ride through the Manso River Valley.
After a short transfer, we arrive at the farm of the John family, pioneers and settlers of the region. Here, your horseback riding guide will provide tips and instructions before setting off on a one-hour ride, exploring the scenic landscapes and hidden gems of the valley.
Upon returning to the camp, enjoy a delicious lunch, savoring the last flavors of Patagonia before your departure.
After three unforgettable days of nature and adventure, we bid farewell to the camp and its staff, taking a scenic two-hour transfer back to your hotel in Bariloche.

Useful Information
- Day 1: Pick-up time ranges from 08:30 am to 10:00 am, depending on your hotel’s location. Arrival and check-in at Rio Manso Camp is at 12:00 pm.
- Day 3: Check-out time is at 3:00 pm, with an estimated return to Bariloche between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
- Stay: Available from Tuesdays to Thursdays and Fridays to Sundays from November to March.
- Distance: The camp is located 90 km (approximately 2 hours) from downtown Bariloche.
- Rafting Experiences:
Manso Frontera (Class III/IV): Suitable for individuals over 14 years old with good physical condition and swimming skills. Río Villegas / Manso (Class II/III): Suitable for families, including children from 5 years old.
- Tent Assignments: Tents are assigned based on occupancy, tent type, and availability, and may be either River View or Mountain View.
